Hello let me introduce myself. My name is Dean Beedell and I have been an Undertones fan since '78 / '79. The reason I'm calling is that I heard rumours from a friend that there is a chance of a reunion tour is this possible or likely?Have you heard of this any truth?

Paul Stotesbury @ on 05:00 1st-Jan-00 GMT #87d-2

Nice comprehensive site. My link "lambretta" does work the ISP moved a character so it will tell you that the image is now housed here and you click on it.I am in touch with a photographer from the late 70's early 80's who has pictures of the band.I am looking for Live Footage of the band. I still have the Ardeck 6 Video collection. Neil

What a nice find on the web! Man I love the Undertones. My longtime Philadelphia-area heavy pop band Nixon's Head loves the Undertones. (The web site address is the homepage of our small label Groove Disques. There you can find info on Nixon's Head and the band's releases which have similarly gone from punk-pop to a headier mix.) As much as I lady dog about their inability to capture even a large cult audience (at least in the US) I'm always a little glad that we have them to ourselves. The last thing the world needs is for Smashing Pumpkins to cover one of their songs! Jim

Henry Bufford @ on 05:00 1st-Jan-00 GMT #87d-8
Nice to know the Undertones are not completely forgotten by the way I seem to remember that "Nine times out of ten" was on a peel session around about March/April '79 and was played by them at the Lyceum Gig in May of that year.

Wow! I can't believe this site! It's incredible. I'm Irish and love 'The Undertones' to death. The fanzine rocks. I thought I knew it all when it came to the 'tones how wrong I was. Would love to get in touch with likeminded folks to acquire more info tapes etc.
