Did Kenneth Wolsenholme do that? I didn't know that,I'm surprised you can copyright that sort of thing.

Lee on ? GMT #fb0-5371
Thankfully I was just too young for that '75-'77 era. Quite often throw into the regular discussions on music down the local the question "What was the biggest musical phenomenon of 1997 ?" just to see how many people say Punk and how many say Saturday Night Fever. Globally what is the answer ?

Lee on ? GMT #fb0-5372
Already tried to picture the wall by the beach where we will be on holiday on Saturday July 21st but figure there will be one or 2 people on the beach that might stop me so I guess it could be drawing images in the sand day. Should we have a global theme ?

Lee on ? GMT #fb0-5373
As crap periods in music go, apart from the retro stuff that we all know and love I reckon today can't be far off as one if not the worst periods ever. Hate to bring up the boy band debate again but don't you all think that the market that music is aimed at has shifted over the last 5 years from the 14 upwards age range to the 5-10 year olds. Perhaps we give too much pocket money away !

GD on ? GMT #11e-5374
Lindsay you say that your flight is into Belfast, would that be International or City airport. I have some stroies to tell you, hehehehe nah I hope you have a safe flight and have a good weekend. If you all decide to start painting "The Undertones" in Bull park please throw some paint around the swings and football posts, it really needs it. God you humdingers are very kind people, coming the whole way from England just to decorate a park, good on ye's.

Cliff on ? GMT #a99-5375
Now thats given me an idea GD! Maybe sometime if enough of us from England come over we could have a 5 a side match in Bull Park! we'd have CR,George,Derek and myself plus stick CMoS in goal(coz he "hates" football). You could have Vinny,GD,Liam,Wilke and Arthur. No biting, kicking or gouging, and the winners could play The Undertones in the final,I hear they were quite good in their day ...and Lindsay could make the sandwiches ;-))

Paul Reeves @ on ? GMT #4c7-5376
Does anyone know the site of Mrs Simms' Shed?

Lee on ? GMT #fb0-5377
Looks like I'd have to be sub then Cliff ! Even in my youth speed was never my strength so as I seemed to be the tallest in those days I was either a "just stand up front and make sure you get the tap-ins" centre forward or a "stand 20 yards behind the rest of the defence" sweeper. I do remember several goalkeepers saying they could never read my penalties (never missed one in a match). This was probably because I never knew what my legs were going to do so how a goalkeeper could try to predict it was beyond me.

Cliff on ? GMT #290-5378
Hi Paul, what do you think we are,sad or something? anyway its: < www.mrssimmsshed.weneedhelp.co.uk >

Cliff on ? GMT #290-5379
Sorry about that Lee but you're an unknown as far as your ball skills are concerned.Whereas I know the abilities of City "bites yer legs" Rocker,George "chopper" Harden,Derek "wizard of the wing" Owen and CMoS "stone wall" CMoS.Oh and of course myself,Cliff "slow coach" Crancher.

James (Derry) on ? GMT #ee5-5380
I think repainting the Bull Park Wall is a great idea. Since Vinny did the original it would only be right that he do the honours.

James on ? GMT #ee5-5381
Mrs Simms Shed? Yeah it is at the back of Mrs Simms house. Doh.

phil on ? GMT #65e-5382
I wonder how many people were actually tempted and tried Cliff's spurious link to that web site for Mrs Simms shed? No I didn't hit a coffee bar on arrival but couldnt wait to get in a big yellow taxi....as a bonus I found out last night the Saw Doctors are doing a free gig in a week or two nearby, gues who's going?

Cliff on ? GMT #9b6-5383
Looks like it's up to you then Vinny. Can we all agree Saturday July 21st at 4PM? and somebody bring a ball just in case.

Lindsay on ? GMT #e9f-5384
Cliff - you can try one of my sandwiches if you like but I wouldn't advise it. The wall may end up covered in something rather more distasteful than paint. Lindsay "crap cook and proud of it!" Byrne.
