Well its Saturday morning when I should be in Derry but instead I'm sat at home like a plonker.Up at 5am,no problem until we got about 2 miles from the Stanstead turn off.Lots of cones filtering us into one of 2 lanes.usually in this situatuion it dosent matter which lane you choose but on this occassion we found ouselves sailing helplessly passed the airport turn off. After a few swear words we waited for the next turning....20 F*****G MILES FURTHER ON! Arrived at Stanstead 10 minutes before departure, huge queues everywhere...hopeless.They switched me to tomorrow's only flight at 2.25PM so atleast thats something I suppose.

Wish you were here (including you Cliff!! and Henry's bag which is in Frankfurt as I type!). Weather - was okay but now pissing it down - off to the Bull Park (wonder if anyone will be there as we've no ball). Got to go this is costing money! If anyone is in Derry tonight and wants a drink - give us a call at the Acorn B&B later - 271156. Will be at the bus stop at 7 prompt tomorrow. Byeeee

And I quote.......A champion looper and the uncrowned King of Ulster. Terri is the famed boss of the Good Vibrations record label, which gave a platform to bands like Rudi and The Undertones during the punk wars. Since, then, he's been tending his shop and making sporadic attacks on the music industry. He's recently recorded his own single, 'Big Time' and is looking after some new acts, including Oops. His catch-phrase is: "you've never lived 'til you've slept with a one-eyed man". We wouldn't know about that.

Jackie on 05:57 18th-Jan-01 GMT #455-5753
Isn't it quiet with everyone away in Letterkenny?? I have just emailed CMoS about 30 old gig photos so hopefully he'll put some of them on the site to cheer the rest of us up.

Donald on 05:57 18th-Jan-01 GMT #364-5754
Good one Jackie, we need some cheering up. Looking forward to the reviews tomorrow but it feels a bit flat not being there.Have a great night everyone, raise the roof.

Live Report from Derry on 05:57 18th-Jan-01 GMT #062-5755
Hi again - you'd think we'd have better things to do than sit in an internet cafe but obviously we haven't! Just thought I'd add to your depression Donald by reporting in again! I kissed Paul McLoone last night (only a quick peck!). Off to pick Cliff up from the airport very soon (hope he's there this time!). Can't wait for tonight!!

Liam @ on 05:57 18th-Jan-01 GMT #29f-5756
Vinny - sorry about not getting back to you. I have been away on holiday. Was supposed to get back yesterday but the flight was delayed for a day. We have tickets for tonight - not sure if we will make it to the bus in time - if not we will have to go up by car. Can't find your email address. See ya later.

Hi, I'm since 1978 a very big fan of you. There was in 1978 a Live Concert of The Undertones in Germany -Grugahalle in Essen-. It was a Rockpalast Night. The Undertones was the first group. I was so impressed about the fresh, good music. So, I'm looking of a LIVE record of this special concert. Is there a way to get a CD ??? Regards P.S. The live versions of your songs are much better as the studio one's. Stephan

G'day cobbers, just stumbled across this web site in the antipodean regions of the web, great to see one of my favourite groups have reformed. They really were bonzer in their heyday, you diggers let me know if they are still as good. So any new Cds in the pipeline? and does anyone know where I can get some T shirts?

So who kissed Paul? on 05:57 18th-Jan-01 GMT #971-5759
We know it can't be Cliff cos he got stuck behind cones on way to Stansted. We know it can't be Lindsay cos she fancies Damian. George, Donald and Derek haven't gone to Letterkenny. Have CMoS, CR or Dave R travelled to Derry. Is it one of the 5 aside football team. Who are L, A & H. Who is Henry and why is his luggage in Frankfurt.
