The screening on BBC on Weds night is NI only, it's the 39 min version as opposed to the 72 min film version. We are looking at different venues in England for screenings but we have been a bit tied up with the London Film Festival for now.We may even hire somewhere for all the .net fans and have a special screening. Any comments??

I may have posted this already. It's a review of the Cork Film Festival in The Irish Times.

Lindsay, can you email me your address again? I wanna post that tape tomorrow

Lindsay on 14:49 4th-Nov-01 GMT #fae-10698
Email on it's way over Vinny. I can't get into that link. There's a fair few .netters going on the Sunday but given the fact the two showings sold out so quickly, I'm sure other screenings would be popular along the lines of what Hugh suggested ie. a more central location. I know Leeds hosted a large film festival recently - aren't there any other regional ones coming up? Would have thought you'd get some offers after the London showings.

I know Newcastle has a small independent film festival lasting a few days. Probably too late for that though. Travel back today overnight. This is the longest I've been away from home for 2 years wthout an Undertones concert to watch.

Hope everyone on the site who has the opportunity to watch the documentary on Wednesday also remembers to tape it as well. It will make an ideal christmas present for some of us.

The marathon starts in about 45 mnutes. I plan to spectate at the 16/19 mile mark. According to my map the course should double back on itself and give me the chance to see the runners twice at ths point. Unfortunately I will need to carry all my bags with me.

Lee, Like you I only seem to visit about 3 or 4 sites...Finding the time is a problem...What are you voting for from Millenium Blues? Just been to the Memoribillia show in Birmingham and whilst in the toilets washing my hands, I bumped into Francis Matthews the voice of Captain Scarlet...I am definitely not worthy....

Cliff on 19:13 4th-Nov-01 GMT #cb7-10703
See the runners TWICE!! you lucky sod George.
