No the band weren't on Jo Whiley last night which meant I had to sit through some idiot called Megaman. Clearly one of Megaman's Posse had severely beat the crap out of someone and been sent down. It was sort of amusing watching la Whiley trying to get the Megaman persxon to say that it was a bad thing to do. He didn't - he said it was a bad career move. Whilst Megaman seemed to think he had moved outta the 'ghetto' he hadn't - his mind is clearly still one. My god I'm really getting old!

Yes ! 15th January - not the wifes birthday, not any of the kids birthdays, no work deadline except won't be able to leave here until 5pm but plenty of time to get to London - London here I come. Bit of enthusiasm there - sorry. So when does someone burst my bubble with something I've forgotten.

I have booked a 3 person room at the Jury's Inn, Cork. So if Derek and Henry still need accommodation, problem solved. Hopefully the 15th January should be OK. Unfortunately the two dates either side of Cork and Dublin are not as good.

If January 15th is mid week I'm out. WEEKENDS are the time to go out and enjoy yourselves! Dolans cost 31 a night presume punts. Limited accom left. Probably not going though! Does anyone know how many miles it is for hitch hiking purposes!

Status Quo were at The Olympia in Dublin and the camera's went into the dressing room where the Undertones spoke to some of us last year.Francis Rossi said he gave that room a 3/10 mark....I wonder how the 'tones rated it? There was a bowl of fruit on the side the same as last year...very rock'n'roll.

Derek, it's North-East London.Tottenham area and BR(or whatever its called now)mainline from Liverpool St.There is no tube in Hackney.
