Cliff, I'm not winding you up! I have her measurements if you don't believe me! and her name's Aude. She did actually come back over from Paris for the gig - she cut her Christmas holiday short over there. Ernie, email me and I'll copy the Ulster Hall gig for you.

Gutted to find i'm out of the top 6 in the posting tally for the first time ever & heading for mid-table oblivion. Ah well, see yous soon.

This should do it.

Yep, that cracked it. Best regards to all my chums I haven't spoken to for ages, sorry I couldn't join you in Ireland (I hear Dublin was ace again), maybe try & get to the Hackney gig in March if it's on. Cheers.

Rick on 12:24 15th-Jan-02 GMT #c16-11992
CR - having peaked at number 6, I've now dropped out of the top 10 posting tally to number 11. I doubt I'll regain my former position now as the ladies love to chat and have both overtaken me.

Lee on 12:43 15th-Jan-02 GMT #fb0-11993
Closing in on the 350 posting mark myself but notice the relative newcomers Jackie and Vinny roaring up behind. Great pics by the way from the gigs. A good time was had by 1 and all by the looks of it.

Lee on 12:45 15th-Jan-02 GMT #fb0-11994
Wouldn't it be nice if posting 11594 from Moondog - see you in Hackney - were from Gerry or someone else close to the band dropping hints that indeed the 2 bands were due to play whenever the gig takes place. Anyone know who Moondog was ?

Vinny on 15:38 15th-Jan-02 GMT #429-11995
How do you check your TALLY??

Cactus @ on 16:23 15th-Jan-02 GMT #f8a-11996
There may sadly be no gig tonight but here’s a (very) rare posting from me to make up for it! I was just watching an advert for Nescafe (terrible company, decent coffee) on the TV. I can’t really remember what happens in the ad, except that it ends up with a Ford Cortina with an Afro (or something like that) hairstyle. Anyway, the ad features a bit of (dance/rap I think) music which is from a song that was released several years ago and (I’m finally getting to the point here) the first two seconds of the song sound like they are a sample of the two drum beats at the beginning of Teenage Kicks! Does anyone know if this really is a sample or is it just a coincidence? If it is a sample, would the song count as an Undertones song?? It’s just a thought...

Jackie on 17:10 15th-Jan-02 GMT #455-11997

wilke @ on 18:11 15th-Jan-02 GMT #644-12000

ernie on 18:21 15th-Jan-02 GMT #55c-12001
Does anyone know a bloke who was a roadie/close friend of The Moondogs from 1980 who was quite tall, wore glasses and always danced in Madness style at their gigs - I THINK he was called Chick (may be wrong) but he also featured in the Disco Roadshow UTV clip when they played Two Timed.

ernie on 18:22 15th-Jan-02 GMT #55c-12002
wilke, a million thanks mate!

Andre on 18:40 15th-Jan-02 GMT #301-12003
Ernie... 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' was brought out by Joy Division

Andre on 18:41 15th-Jan-02 GMT #301-12004
Wilke - I should have directed that last comment to you...
