OOPS - TPE and Rare were bands in their own right and were not trying to sound like The Undertones at all. This current reunion started because the original members of the band were approached to play the Undertones songs again and 4 of them agreed they'd like to give it a go. Live that's what the set has consisted of and I go along because I was a fan back in the old days and want to hear those songs again. If I had been just a fan of TPE, Rare or even Eleven, I probably wouldn't be there. The fact that the band are now enjoying being together again enough to want to write and incorporate new, more relevant-to-date material into their set whilst remaining loyal to the original sound, is an absolute bonus IMO. But I still want to hear those original songs and best from 4/5ths of the original line-up than from some second-rate Undertones covers band. PS. Your surname's not Richings by any chance is it?!

thanks lindsay but i`m not sure if mean i have a good voice or that the songs are so good anyone even me [who sings out of key] could sing them and they would still sound great.house next door had party last night lads about 14 and 15 well any way about 1.30am all that i could hear was teenage kicks be sung at the top of there voices great stuff talk soon
