My cunning plan to get Ladbrokes to pay for a trip to Derry to see the Joey Ramone festivities came to an abrupt halt at Beechers Brook yesterday afternoon......so it looks like I shall be in Kilburn next Sunday to see the Film....And Cliff, I hope the Baggies go up as they always take the points off the Dons, it looks like we'll be playing Birmingham Coventry etc... again next year.

Took the children to see Jimmy Neutron - Boy Genius this morning at the pictures. The Ramones Blitzkrieg Bop is heavily featured so of course had to play it again when we got back to the house. By next week we will be singing hey ho let's go in chorus.

And then there were 3 ! Met an old friend who I haven't seen for years this morning in the queue for tickets at the Albion. Tom was a great Undertones / TPE fan and an Albion fan too. Must arrange a night out with him and tell him all about the site. Bet he'd be up for the film at Warwick.

I'm going to have to try and sort out to attend the film on the Thursday, too good to miss. My other one Beau fell at the 2nd. If that wasnt bad enough my sons horse came in 3rd and I had to pay him myself cos Id thrown the betting slip away.

There were a few went down at the first fence Donald but yes my money was on Wicked Crack. I picked it cause it was the only mare and she really let the side down. I'm sure her owner never gave the name a second thought!
