Just reading the Victoria Beckham biography (!) there is a whole section (page 183) on Nancy Phillips. Remember her she used to do the Rocking Humdingers fanclub ? Well she became the manager(?) of the Spice Girls for awhile! She says ' Nancy had previously been a partner in a management company that looked after the Undertones and Thomas Dolby amongst others.' High praise indeed! Later on she describes her as '..a fairy godmother,makes things happen, smmothes ruffled feathers and has the patience of a statue. Nancy is fabulous, and just fantastic at what she does.' Wow 'Our Nance' as I used to call her (who I was always writing to to beg for lobster stickers!) certainly fell on her feet!
