Just got back from the Loreley in Germany where I saw those excellent punk originals The Boys support Die Toten Hosen. Our newsgroup backstage pass have just had the wonderful idea that a weekend festival in the Uk featuring the best bands from the era would mutually benefit each other in terms of crowd size and media interest. We are thinking only in terms of quality acts such as the 'tones, boys, penetration,buzzcocks and the recently reformed rezillos. How do you guys feel about such an event? We thought it could even be a weekend 2dayer similar to V2002 at different venues too. I was given a site with user name and password and there should be some decent music downloads on it but when I got in I just had a blank screen. Any help would be appreciated.
