I think I've got all the Smiths albums but only 1 or maybe 2 Morrissey solo. Together they were great but individually neither Morrissey or Marr quite reached those heights again.

Julius - are you psychic? Posting saying where's Rick and the next posting up pops Rick.

The Smiths did and still do get abuse for being miserable but I thinks the lyrics are the most uplifting and funniest ever written. I read a Mozzer review last w/e and it said he had played Meat is Murder in Texas somewhere - a brave man. 'there is a light' is my favourite Smiths track - it must have been great moment in the Albert Hall - bet you werent the only one greeting Rick.

Has anyone managed to get to any of the new film dates yet? quite liked the smiths but don't think I bought any of their records. Have a single by Mel Smith though! I have planned for years to buy a Smiths greatest hits compilation CD, but they seem to be loads of compilations available. Dragged my kids out to watch me race today. Cost me a McDonalds, ice creams, cakes, biscuits and a video. Should find a cheaper hobby. Beats seeing Sunderland getting stuffed by the Mags though.

George thats peanuts. My shopping tally today includes haircut, Gamecube controller, Super smash Bros game, PS2 game, pizza, coffees, jelly beans, quick silver tshirt, suede jacket, new jeans, 2 pairs of tights , Appleton's new CD single and a new bed! Can anyone beat that?

I bought a large quantity of Smirnoff Vodka, and a kebab. I drank the vodka and threw the kebab at a bus. Jackie, Bros should've been smashed a long time ago and I agree it sounds super.
