i have an excellent CD of the sight & sound in concert but would love a copy of the video and the other bbc in concert from 1980. Must be of top quality. Can anyone help?

Vince @ on 09:01 28th-Oct-02 GMT #e60-17221
Help, I need two tickets for the Amsterdam gig, I have tried the ticket site mentioned on this site but all it says is I should pick up the tickets in Holland within the next five days.

esmark @ on 09:02 28th-Oct-02 GMT [www.esmark.net/tpe/tpe.htm] #fc0-17257
Has anybody got the recording of the Fleadh gig on cd-r, or on video (.dat)? I just coverted five of the songs from some .dat files I have and the sound is great! I'm just trying to get hold of the rest of the show. Also converted the Rockpalast (17.10.81) gig from .dat to .wav, and cleaned up the sound. Not too bad sound, but a great performance!

Hi Julius, I saw a picture of you on the French website...you look like a very sensible chap.I speak to CR from time to time and he seems to be doing well, recording an album at the moment I believe.I saw the bagels advert with 'TK' this morning.

Cliff on 09:36 28th-Oct-02 GMT #a3b-17259
Arthur...hair, what hair? Albion V City at the w/e.

Cliff on 09:39 28th-Oct-02 GMT #a3b-17260
Sorry Lindsay but you know men are hopeless at that sort of thing, remembering birthdays etc.I've got a nice little pressie for you when we get to Holland...

Cliff on 09:41 28th-Oct-02 GMT [lesundertones.free.fr] #a3b-17261
Heres the link for Rogers French website...

Lee on 12:42 28th-Oct-02 GMT #64a-17262
So now I don't have to remember to tell you the link for the French website when it is ready - Cliff just did it for me!

Lee on 12:45 28th-Oct-02 GMT #64a-17263
Sorry for missing your birthday Lindsay. Like all men I'm hopeless at keeping track of birthdays. Mind you I can't believe you've had another birthday at what seems to be so soon after the big one. Are you sure it was your birthday? Has the last year gone so quickly?

Lee on 12:46 28th-Oct-02 GMT #64a-17264
A must win game on Saturday Cliff - don't suppose you're going are you?

doninblack @ on 13:19 28th-Oct-02 GMT #ec7-17265
Can anyone supply me with an audio of the new songs? I'd like to have a preview before the trip, if possible.

Arthur on 13:53 28th-Oct-02 GMT #01f-17266
Had a look at the French site. It's excellently presented. As for Saturday 'Allez les bleus' as they say. I'd love to say City are back but experience has taught me that they are capable of losing every match from now until the end of the season.

Vinny on 15:56 28th-Oct-02 GMT [www.derrycityfc.com] #605-17267
Got back from Dublin late last night, work early this morning. DERRY CITY 1 SHAMROCK ROVERS 0. FAI CUP WINNERS!! Great fun had by all. See website for details.

Vinny on 16:45 28th-Oct-02 GMT #cf3-17268
PS: HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINDSAY, I'LL GET YE A DRINK IN AMSTERDAM!!

Lindsay on 18:46 28th-Oct-02 GMT #ea8-17269
Cheers Vinny – as long as it’s a large one! Pressie in Amsterdam eh Cliff – mmm, wonder what it can be? When do we get to see a pic of baby Oliver by the way? Thanks for the other messages everyone and for your card Julius. At least now I know two words of Dutch but can’t see ‘Happy Birthday’ being terribly useful when I’m trying to order a drink! Had a peek at the French site – looks good, well according to my pidgin French. Why haven’t I seen the bagel ad. Is it only on in the mornings?

wilke on 19:15 28th-Oct-02 GMT #949-17270
arthur got your e mail no way??maureen told me befor the match yesterday they play tk and when DERRY won they play it againand the fans went mad be back later tssy

wilke on 19:25 28th-Oct-02 GMT #949-17271
juilus which site is your picture on ??

George on 20:07 28th-Oct-02 GMT #cca-17273
I'll have to revise my GCSE French to understand everything on the French web site. Good site so far from what i can make out. What a chat up line - I have a nice little pressie waiting for you in Amsterdam!

George on 20:11 28th-Oct-02 GMT #cca-17274
Does winning the FAI Cup give Derry an automatic qualifying place in Europe Vinny? I like the picture of the fan dressed as a subbuteo player on the French website with the Undertones advertising on the shirt. Any chance of someone doing a football strip instead of t-shirts like that.

Julius on 21:15 28th-Oct-02 GMT #81c-17275
If everyone is to give you a drink for your birthday in Amsterdam there is no need to learn the dutch words for ordering Lindsay! And this is for everyone: Just remember to say:'we gaan uit ons dak' to yourself and everyone around you just before the Undertones come on stage

Cliff on 21:15 28th-Oct-02 GMT #644-17276
50/50 on Saturday Lee, I'm doing my best...went to Chelsea...albion still havent won since ollie was born.

Cliff on 21:18 28th-Oct-02 GMT #644-17277
Well done Derry, have they won it before? what was the crowd? Saw Richard Harris interviewed on Parky in 1973(on BBC last night)he really reminded me of Alex Higgins, similar mannerisms.

Cliff on 21:21 28th-Oct-02 GMT #644-17278
Lee, I don't agree Saturday is a 'must win' game, it's to early for that.

Vinny on 21:31 28th-Oct-02 GMT #15f-17279
Cliff: This is the 3rd time winning it. Crowd of say 10,000(capacity). Derry fans around 4,600. Great day.

Jackie on 21:43 28th-Oct-02 GMT #81e-17280
Spoke to the canny cleaner at work tonight on the way out. She stayed on the Boatel in Amsterdam last week if you recall. Well she didnt enjoy it at all and said there were so many weird people wandering about her and her friend just stayed in the hotel at nightime....She didnt enjoy it at all. Have to say it sounds just my sort of place!

Jackie on 21:46 28th-Oct-02 GMT #81e-17281
Julius the Geordie contingent will be saying, 'wa gaana get mashed hinny'. And its not Dutch!!

Arthur on 22:03 28th-Oct-02 GMT #2b9-17282
There were Undertone mentions a plenty in the Mirror (Irish edition) reporting of the match. Sample ' He's a long way from his Teenage Kicks ...' and 'There was a nasty Undertone to this Cup final...'. Last phrase is quite clearly crap tabloid reporting. There is no such thing as a nasty Undertone. I'm sure Julius can confirm things better but I was told to be wary of the area around Central Station in Amsterdam.
