heard this mad version of teenage kicks the other day. it was kind of chilled and lullaby like, my mate bought it for his baby!! it was really good though. has anyone heard it or know where to get a copy? Tom Nash on 18:25 31st-Oct-02 GMT [www.p45.net] #8ff-17322 Great site, great anniversary Cliff on 10:56 31st-Oct-02 GMT #0f3-17335 Forget James, he makes to many mistakes.Russell Houlte is the man. doninblack on 11:03 31st-Oct-02 GMT #ec7-17336 I've always preferred teams who play in blue and white (an accident of geographical location), so I'll have to go with Souness's boys tonight. 1-0. Vinny on 12:41 31st-Oct-02 GMT #15f-17337 JULIUS: My son recd a letter from a friend he met when we were on holidays in Spain(he was from Holland). Problem is it's all in Dutch! If I scan and send to you, can you translate it for me? Thanks, that's all to report for now. Cliff on 13:40 31st-Oct-02 GMT #eb3-17338 This is a classic England V Scotland match as it will show how Celtic/Rangers would fair in the premiership.Blackburn are a decent premiership team that will probably finish between 8-10th this season....I don't think they'll lose either match to Celtic and go through. Arthur on 14:27 31st-Oct-02 GMT #a8d-17339 The Spanish league is the best in Europe at present. Valecia beat the current Priemiership leaders home and away with relative ease. I fancy a close match at the Hawthorns with one goal in it, hopefully for City. Arthur on 14:28 31st-Oct-02 GMT #a8d-17340 That should read Valencia. Julius on 14:32 31st-Oct-02 GMT #72f-17341 Vinny: send me the letter, no problem I'll translate it promptly doninblack on 14:40 31st-Oct-02 GMT #ec7-17342 Actually, I'm with Alex and hope Celtic stuff the sasenachs (imports 'n' all)! Cliff on 15:30 31st-Oct-02 GMT #885-17343 Spanish league the best? maybe the top teams but the difference is ours has strength in depth, not sure if theirs does or not. Arthur on 16:14 31st-Oct-02 GMT #a8d-17344 They've had a finalist in the Champion's League for the last 4 years. You can't argue with that. As for the top teams, it's an acknowled fact that the Premiership is in fact a three tier affair. Top tier has the teams actually in with a chance of winning it, Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool etc. The middle tier has your Eufa Cup qualifiers and teams who will finish comfortably, Blackburn, Southampton etc and the Bottom tier has teams like Man City, Sunderland and WBA struggling to avoid relegation. Where's the strength in depth there? If WBA produced an outstanding player, he'd be snapped up by a bigger club. AlexD on 16:38 31st-Oct-02 GMT #9f4-17346 Is that the same Valencia the mighty Celts beat at Paradise 1-0? Maybe we're not that bad after all. 0-1 over there and out on penalties, ah well it's the Scottish way. The singing of 'Walk On' at tonights game is being recorded for a new CD, I beleive that megastar Gerry Marsden will also be in attendance.I dunno if they'll use the 'Souness is a W&@*%r' chants though. CMoS on 18:27 31st-Oct-02 GMT #a5b-17347 Ref baz #17319 i;ve heard a really mad TK version byu the Sahara Hotspots - girl singer methinks - else its a JJ72 male. Good music to build cupboards to. Jackie on 20:44 31st-Oct-02 GMT #81e-17349 Linz are you out there? Hope you are not working too hard. We need to have a conflab (?) about the dress code for the Dam!! Lee on 21:21 31st-Oct-02 GMT #ce9-17350 Albion have a top class player - no defender has yet looked comfortable against Jason Roberts. I think the point Cliff was making is that if you put Sunderland, Albion and Man City against the bottom tier of the Spanish League I'd back our teams comfortably. wilke on 23:08 31st-Oct-02 GMT #949-17351 alex you must be a happy man after your teams win toinght. did anyone see the nmw wards tonight i dont know if it was me or was it pure CRAP . happy halloween. ps i `v had a few drinks tonight so tssy wilke on 23:17 31st-Oct-02 GMT #949-17352 alex i mean the celts .george good luck in the run on sunday tssy Arthur on 23:39 31st-Oct-02 GMT #1d3-17353 Lee we'll have to agree to disagree. I'd never back Man City. They could beat Real Madrid one week and lose to East Fife the next.Strange match tonight - I thought Blackburn overplayed when they got near the penalty area. Celtic scored from a set piece, it'll be interesting for the return leg. George on 23:57 31st-Oct-02 GMT #b46-17354 The money the teams at the bottom of the Premiership have paid on players we should be able to beat the bottom clubs in Spain on paper. Unfortunately Sunderland play on grass and the way we are playing at the moment even WBA and Man City must fancy their chances. And just think it is only 17 month since they finished 7th for the second consecutive year. Surely other leagues do not have as many overseas players as the Premier League. With the odd exception it is only the foreigners who seem comfortable on the ball. AlexD on 00:15 1st-Nov-02 GMT #476-17355 Delighted with the result but very disappointed with the way Celtic played. Blackburn dominated for long spells and were a lot more comfortable on the ball. Celtic can actually play but when the chips are down they resort to the infamous boot up the park and it's a poor advert. I think we can score down there and I don't think they will score 3 against us. Any more predictions Cliff :)
