Are we back the right way up CMoS on 09:17 24th-Feb-03 GMT #296-19687 Which way up is best ? Vinny on 12:11 24th-Feb-03 GMT #1a3-19688 YAW SIHT Jackie on 12:15 24th-Feb-03 GMT #6ce-19689 The relationship between Sara and Griss is showing promise- though hasn't he put the beef on recently? I wish they'd just get on with it. I think she should go for Greg as he's more her age. Lee on 12:39 24th-Feb-03 GMT #64a-19690 Typical - sat down to watch Cold Feet - phone goes about 10 minutes into the programme. I miss the Undertones mention completely. Lee on 12:47 24th-Feb-03 GMT #64a-19691 CMoS you've got to stop switching us around when I'm on looking at the postings. That's the 2nd time this week I've gone in - made a posting and suddenly found myself upside down. I was getting used to living on the ceiling and now I've come crashing down again. Off now to read the weekly Megson summary about letting in sloppy goals and not taking chances. I still think they're not getting a fair rub of the green this season Cliff - is it possible for a club to go the whole season without being awarded a penalty yesterdays was blatant - but when the opposition start fighting amongst themselves you've got to take advantage somehow and we couldn't. Would probably have to settle for 3rd in Scotland this season - but we'll be back next season! cliff on 12:56 24th-Feb-03 GMT #934-19692 Alex, this is the way I see it.I've nothing against Celtic, I know they're a huge club with supporters worldwide, bigger than Man Utd in that respect? possibly. The problem is that dosent make Celtic a great football team.I appreciate it's not Celtics fault that the SPL is poor, they can only play the teams in their league..Celtics only serious challenge year after year is in Europe, and year after year they do quite poorly. In response to these frustrations it seems to me that you use the 'we're a huge club' muscle to put down any English club that isnt as huge as Celtic..as if having a huge fan base is what footballs all about. As a football team(forgetting the hoards of fans) cliff on 12:56 24th-Feb-03 GMT #934-19693 Celtic are unproven at a serious level and will be until they do something good in Europe.Your mocking of Albion not being in Europe is easy for you, but my point here is that worse teams than Albion qualify for Europe every season because thay play in the SPL.BTW,lets get things in perspective, the 'mighty' Blackburn Rovers were knocked out the FA Cup by Sunderland and are 9th in the table. AlexD on 13:57 24th-Feb-03 GMT #ebb-19694 Are you still on this? Celtic are a better side than the majority of EPL clubs, and given the extra revenue that EPL clubs enjoy I'm sure we would make a better showing in Europe. If other teams fans strive to be 3rd, thats their perogative. When does the UEFA cup become serious. I mentioned 'mighty' as I beleive a lot of people confidently predicted they would brush Celtic aside, they are average team. Therefore the qualification of average teams is not unique to the SPL. The Champions League is where all teams want to be and we are no different. Looking at the remaining teams in the UEFA I think we have a good chance of doing well this sesaon. We have done something good in Europe, long time ago granted but it was better than any other British Club could manage at that point. So I'm happy at the moment and wish WB luck. Now this is getting boring, as I'm sure everyone else will tell you, so something else please (as long as it's not rugby). :) Cliff on 13:58 24th-Feb-03 GMT #71b-19695 Saw the Undertones on 'cold feet' absolutely superb.Anyone know when 'murphy's Law' is on? cliff on 13:59 24th-Feb-03 GMT #71b-19696 'are you still on this'...nice one ;-)) CMoS on 14:30 24th-Feb-03 GMT #296-19697 Sara'd break Greg in 2. Uhm perhaps not a bad plot for the end of season finale AlexD on 16:24 24th-Feb-03 GMT #6a1-19698 Does anyone listen to Jonathan Ross on Saturday mornings? He played TC a couple of weeks ago and WW last Sat, said he loved it. Jackie on 16:48 24th-Feb-03 GMT [www.cbs.com/primetime/csi/main.shtml] #6ce-19699 ..need to change my web link at the top! Cliff on 17:44 24th-Feb-03 GMT #71b-19700 My next door neighbour listens to radio 2 and tells me they play Undertones songs regularly, particularly Jonathon Ross. wilke on 19:10 24th-Feb-03 GMT #8a9-19701 hello .dont think i will make london afterall maureen wants to do the house up and move the bedrooms about so i wont have much money left when she`s done talk soon see ya ps whats up with all this football talk stote007 on 19:12 24th-Feb-03 GMT #f26-19702 RE. Coldfeet. All very well for those of you in the UK - in NL we're just watching the bit where James Nesbitt adopts a kid. How long do we have to wait??!! George on 20:30 24th-Feb-03 GMT #ce9-19703 Just been reading Cliff and Alex's discussions on football in reverse order before I realised I was going the wrong way. Just think the fun you would have taking the mick out of any Welsh football fans, with their teams in the English Nationwide league yet still qualifying for Europe almost every year. Don't know if I should tell you what happens with the adopted child Paul. TK is just being played on BBC2 to advertise manchild. George on 20:34 24th-Feb-03 GMT #ce9-19704 Wilke - put your foot down. If Maureen wants to do the house up, let her get on with it. Tell her though she has to pay for it all herself and do all the work herself. Then when she gets upset and tells the kids to teach you a lesson with their karate, blame it on the football talk on the website, which will only be cured by you going to watch the Undertones in concert. Arthur on 23:57 24th-Feb-03 GMT #5b7-19706 Hey CMos - where is the rest of the site? doninblack on 00:07 25th-Feb-03 GMT #147-19707 Yes, hope we're not going to lose all the archive stuff from this site. doninblack on 00:14 25th-Feb-03 GMT #147-19708 Thanks Billy for the extra info on probable UK dates later in the year. Glad to hear you're as keen to play as we are to see you. Meantime, I wonder if I could get away with another trip to Holland? If The Paradiso is among the dates, it would be well worth the trip. Brilliant venue! CMoS on 00:19 25th-Feb-03 GMT #f56-19709 As if by Magic CMoS on 00:22 25th-Feb-03 GMT #f56-19710 If Grissom was the youngest coroner at 22 why does the examiner who escaped from taggart keep teaching him ? They are all the same rank CSI 3, yet Kat is 8 years older than Sara and she worked her way up from tech ass. So going the hardest route only took an extra 8 years.
