CMoS you've got to stop switching us around when I'm on looking at the postings. That's the 2nd time this week I've gone in - made a posting and suddenly found myself upside down. I was getting used to living on the ceiling and now I've come crashing down again. Off now to read the weekly Megson summary about letting in sloppy goals and not taking chances. I still think they're not getting a fair rub of the green this season Cliff - is it possible for a club to go the whole season without being awarded a penalty yesterdays was blatant - but when the opposition start fighting amongst themselves you've got to take advantage somehow and we couldn't. Would probably have to settle for 3rd in Scotland this season - but we'll be back next season!

Alex, this is the way I see it.I've nothing against Celtic, I know they're a huge club with supporters worldwide, bigger than Man Utd in that respect? possibly.The problem is that dosent make Celtic a great football team.I appreciate it's not Celtics fault that the SPL is poor, they can only play the teams in their league..Celtics only serious challenge year after year is in Europe, and year after year they do quite poorly.In response to these frustrations it seems to me that you use the 'we're a huge club' muscle to put down any English club that isnt as huge as Celtic..as if having a huge fan base is what footballs all about. As a football team(forgetting the hoards of fans)

Celtic are unproven at a serious level and will be until they do something good in Europe.Your mocking of Albion not being in Europe is easy for you, but my point here is that worse teams than Albion qualify for Europe every season because thay play in the SPL.BTW,lets get things in perspective,the 'mighty' Blackburn Rovers were knocked out the FA Cup by Sunderland and are 9th in the table.

Celtic are a better side than the majority of EPL clubs, and given the extra revenue that EPL clubs enjoy I'm sure we would make a better showing in Europe.If other teams fans strive to be 3rd, thats their perogative. When does the UEFA cup become serious. I mentioned 'mighty' as I beleive a lot of people confidently predicted they would brush Celtic aside, they are average team. Therefore the qualification of average teams is not unique to the SPL. The Champions League is where all teams want to be and we are no different. Looking at the remaining teams in the UEFA I think we have a good chance of doing well this sesaon.We have done something good in Europe, long time ago granted but it was better than any other British Club could manage at that point. So I'm happy at the moment and wish WB luck. Now this is getting boring, as I'm sure everyone else will tell you, so something else please (as long as it's not rugby). :)

Just been reading Cliff and Alex's discussions on football in reverse order before I realised I was going the wrong way. Just think the fun you would have taking the mick out of any Welsh football fans, with their teams in the English Nationwide league yet still qualifying for Europe almost every year. Wilke - put your foot down. If Maureen wants to do the house up, let her get on with it. Tell her though she has to pay for it all herself and do all the work herself. Then when she gets upset and tells the kids to teach you a lesson with their karate, blame it on the football talk on the website, which will only be cured by you going to watch the Undertones in concert.

If Grissom was the youngest coroner at 22 why does the examiner who escaped from taggart keep teaching him ? They are all the same rank CSI 3, yet Kat is 8 years older than Sara and she worked her way up from tech ass. So going the hardest route only took an extra 8 years.
