...Only 2 hours to go til Donny- its so exciting!! When he does 'Crazy Horses' I'll just have to rush the stage !!!! I see the BBC are showing their class with the 1st of a 2 part documentary on Mandela this evening - while ITV start to advertise a special on Thatcher - I know which one I shall watch.

See BBC2 on the Money Programme featured the 'nostalgia' boom being created by Friends Reunited and School Disco.com. Apparently we regress to earlier music cos' it's cosy and rosy and safe and we don't want to grow up! Personally, I thought the music was better back then.

Really great news about the album, cheers me up about being unable to make the dates. 14 songs - brilliant. Liam theres an article and picture on the Surfing Pinheads in todays local paper. I must admit I dont think tribute bands are very healthy and I cant beleive the prices some of them charge. Apparently Bjorn Again have their own Lear Jet - thats just not right! Finished the Bills Hicks biography - the man was years ahead of his time or nothings changed in the last decade because his main rants were 'Bush, the Iraq war (its not a war if only 1 side are fighting!), commercialisation of everything and plastic pop bands. Just about to start Dee Dee's 'Surving the Ramones' (or sadly not).
