Thanks for the 40th wishes. Had a nice day yesterday but it's all gone horribly wrong this morning as the pc at home seems to have crashed and looks pretty much as if everything on there is lost. Hope to restore it all but doubt I will be online at home for a while. Anyone needing to email me should use this one for now.

Happy Birthday Lee. I'm not 40 for another 3 months. Cliff, 35 minutes of the Undertones is still worth hours of any other band. Maybe they'll play most of the new album then you'll be sick. Got the Moondogs Peel Sessions from Detour yesterday. How great is this CD ? Fantastic 12 page booklet on the band with loads of info. (Pete Waterman co-produced 'Who's Gonna Tell Mary?' !!!!) and pics. Music sounds great. The first session sounds a bit shambolic but has enough energy to power a town and the second session (which I already had on tape) proves how good the album could have been. I urge everyone on this site to get a copy.

Just realised I will be missing the World Indoor Athletic Championships from Birmingham on Sunday whilst attending concert. The sacrifices we have to make! Don't think the majority of the crowd would be appreciative if the undertones played a totally new set on Sunday. As for me I would be ecstatic. Couldn't cope with the 8 hour wait before I got back to a PC to tell everyone about the new songs. For 35 minutes expect a greatest hits set with possibly only one new song.

As they're recording right now, I reckon you'll get a few new songs. They'll likely be wanting to try them out live.

Well the pc seems to be working now. Can't say it was anything I did - used my full experience of the things by just keep turning it on as many times as possible and soone enough it works. Not sure if it needs an overhaul but seems I'm back with the living for now. Going to the dogs this evening - literally. No doubt much losing of money and drinking of beer.
