Ok CSIers, last night's episodes apart form containing an inoridante amount of smilin ebtween sara and griss confuses me. The boyfriend was dead in the park, why would he be killed ? I thought it was the abusive father they were running from ?

wilke on 12:18 26th-Mar-03 GMT #2e0-20291
i missed the last five mins of csi who killed the boy and the man in the park was it the little brother or i`m i a way way out

Arthur on 13:22 26th-Mar-03 GMT #505-20292
It was the youngest son who killed his mother's boyfriend. He did so because, the mother had not told them the true reason why they moved so often. They were told that they were going to move again because of the boyfriend's new job so the nine year old lured him to the park told him that he wasn't going to move again and shot him, as 9 year old do, right Jackie. After the boyfriend was shot he somehow managed to stab the older brother who had become involved.

Thanks Arf, I got into a bit of trouble with it as there was the metaphor of Griss saying to Sara the crime scene was here and she went miles the other way, implying their paring could open his eyes. So they started laying down the yellow markers and you must have a drink everytime they put one down. They got up to 60odd IIRC luckily they didnt show them all. Then you must have a drink for every DNA match Greg is asked to do (with a mob beating in the story line) then one everytime Kath mentions her son, Griss mentions insects etc ...

wilke on 14:56 26th-Mar-03 GMT #2e0-20294
thanks arthur.erine are you going for a drink before the gig if so maybe we can meet up i think i`m going with vinny and deborha .arthur is there some kind of punk night in belfast with some members of rudi and the outcasts and rufex??

Jackie on 18:11 26th-Mar-03 GMT #63f-20295
CSI was class last night. Greg's character is developing nicely and I see he now rightly has a billing in the opening credits. Sara's Hair is too long, Caths is too curly. Griss needs to lose some weight. Ahh to be perfect!

Jackie on 18:14 26th-Mar-03 GMT #63f-20296
I feel such a fake being Humdinger of the month. I filled it in as I felt like answering the questions and I thought the photo would give a laugh to everyone who knew me (and those who didnt!) However as Vinny and LIam will both confirm I EXPRESSLY said I DIDNT want to be picked before either CMoS or Cliff (or anyone else for that matter!) So I feel highly embarrassed now. Sorry! I am NOT worthy etc etc. Cliff, CMoS, I'm only a part time humdinger. Youse boys wrote the rule book! Respect!

Jackie on 18:16 26th-Mar-03 GMT #63f-20297
Saying all that thankyou, I am truly honoured and thrilled!!!:-)

stote007 on 19:08 26th-Mar-03 GMT #6fa-20298
What's CSI? Am I missing something?

Jackie on 19:14 26th-Mar-03 GMT [www.cbs.com/primetime/csi/main.shtml] #63f-20300
Yes stote! CSI is class. Not sure if you will get it in Holland. There are DVDs of series 1 available. Try this link to catch up on what you missed.

donald on 19:41 26th-Mar-03 GMT #20f-20301
Is CSI the programme with the guy who looks like he was in Baywatch. Forensic people all have glasses, spots and anoraks and spend all day trying to match up paint flecks. Think of Norman as in 'There goes Norman' but not on TV obviously. I'll have to try and rember to watch it.

Arthur on 20:24 26th-Mar-03 GMT #09e-20303
Donald, do you mean that they're not all fantastically good looking, suavely dressed, icily intelligent people? How could the American networks have been so misleading? You've taken away my belief in the factual accuracy of American detective shows. My god, you'll be telling me next that Starsky and Hutch weren't real, Kojack never sucked lollipops and f*****g Ironside could walk! Is nothing sacred?

CMoS on 21:02 26th-Mar-03 GMT #4ae-20304
Ye sdonald CSI is the programme with the guy who looks like he drove the Baywatch catering truck wihth lots of pies. CSI (vegas) IIRC follows a night watch so the spots and anoraks cant be seen - clever hey. Thjey do wear a lot of sun glasses and its is pretty light, uhm. Noce to see Greg do a real presentation rather than a powerpoint one.

CMoS on 21:02 26th-Mar-03 GMT #4ae-20305
So whats the verdict on CSI:Miami

George on 21:20 26th-Mar-03 GMT #ead-20306
These messages about CSI seem to be written in code for anyone who doesn't watch it. I saw some of last nights episode at my dad's house and tried to follow the plot, knowing that there are several fans on here, but mustn't have concentrated hard enough and lost interest before the end. Don't think it is a patch on NYPD Blues. Sipowicz would have solved the crime in half the time and given all the suspects a rough time in the process.

George on 21:22 26th-Mar-03 GMT #ead-20307
As for CSI:Miami that is where ex (or current) NYPD Blue people go to earn a living when NYPD Blue is not being filmed. I suppose the weather is probably better in Miami than New York.

Jackie on 21:31 26th-Mar-03 GMT #63f-20308
CSI Miami is not good. Should be on daytime telly (Granada Plus). The bloke is unconvincing and that blonde haired girl is just too weird. And have you listened to the dark haired girls acting-oink oink! Even the plots are second rate. Life is too short to watch CSI Miami.

George on 21:59 26th-Mar-03 GMT #ead-20309
See the gorgeous Clare Grogan (all sexy in black) was on TOTP2 tonight singing Don't talk to me about love. Well at least I'll have something to dream about when I go to bed tonight.

Cliff on 22:46 26th-Mar-03 GMT #71b-20310
Next time I see you George I'll give you my spare pair of glasses, Claire Grogan, YUK! Dont be so modest Jackie, you deserve it for the photo alone, I'll have to dig out one of me with my Keegan perm.Cooool dude I was.

Liam @ on 23:32 26th-Mar-03 GMT [www.theundertones.com] #e5c-20311
Don't believe a word Jackie says. She pestered us for weeks to include her as Rocking Humdinger of the Month. Vinny back me up on this. Tell them about the phone calls and the sacks of letters.
