The Moondogs and a host of Befast punks (ex-Rudi, Outcasts etc) playing as a punk supergroup are playing upstairs at The Empire Wed 21st May. Organised by Reekus Records, they are launching The Moondogs John Peel collection release on CD plus the book 'It Makes you want to Spit' which tells the stor of the punk era in Ireland and features many towns including Derry and Omagh. Cliff on 10:32 6th-Apr-03 GMT [cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll] #cbd-20499 Undertones in 'Bunty' comic! Arthur on 14:43 6th-Apr-03 GMT #b8a-20500 Wednesday 21 May, good job it doesn't clash with anything apart from the EUFA Cup Final. I saw the Terri Hooley documentary last night - it's a great story but it could have been better told and it has usually by himself after, as the police reports state, 'drink had been taken'. Mickey @ on 02:06 7th-Apr-03 GMT [www.punkinderry@bravepages.com] #71b-20501 Ernie, are you sure the book launch is confirmed? I was told it was not yet confirmed. Also I believe the gig is for The Moondogs new release on Reekus recors and not the Peel sessions. Jackie on 19:07 6th-Apr-03 GMT #63f-20502 Have just been chatting to Christine for 2 hours in the chatroom- a lot to catch up on! She has some great old stuff too- photos gig tickets etc. The crack was funny- I dont remember standing on the Edge's foot outside the Green Room at the Tube!!! Cliff on 19:24 6th-Apr-03 GMT #71b-20503 Yeah but unless your Portuguese I doubt you'll be interested in that Arthur ;-) Julius on 21:58 6th-Apr-03 GMT [www.riplets.com/FourRiplets.htm] #000-20504 Just like to tell once more that the Riplets really gave a brilliant gig in my humble opinion: great, catchy songs and lots of energy. And this is the link you have been asking for!!!! Richard @ on 02:06 7th-Apr-03 GMT #e5c-20505 Could anyone help, I am a sound engineer for a Bath based band and they wished to cover Teenage kicks, but none of have a copy and we wish to have the lyrics. Could anyone forward them to me via the email PLEASE. The lead singer is ex PURPLE ALGAE for those who saw her in the south west. Thanks Richard
