Don't forget there are 2 teams in Liverpool. Everton and Everton reserves. and the other one, I forget who they are. These 2 teams were in the top 7 teams of the country. Think of the humour (not Ken Dodd). Had to be. Alex, fancy setting up in business you've got me there. Stote, if your travelling through NL at night back from Brighton, I know this great club! Anyone else going to guilford or am I going to have to do the review?

Just kidding Derek, I did live there for 3 years (David did too for 4 years ) and we both loved it. So if Newcastle wasnt going to get it, better Liverpool did than those other southern places (whose names escape me!)

After great chat session last night, looked straight at the official site- Liam you have done wonders with the new postings- The piece about Germany by MB made me LAUGH, especially the bit about lugging all the gear with them...they didnt seriously think they'd get it all past excess baggage did they??

Yeah, great craic in the chatroom - what on earth were we nattering about for so long? Hope you managed to get some sleep Liam after all your endeavours (if not, I can send you some of my supplies!) Jackie, Mickey's review had me LOL too. LOVED the hedgehogs bit. Mickey and Cliff ought to go into business (writing reviews not killing and serving-up hedgehogs!!). PS. Hope Alex doesn't take it out on Mickey next time they meet :)

Liverpool is an excellent City of Culture. It has a vibrancy about it that's inexplicable and inescapable. And I saw the Undertones twice when I lived there so it has to be a great place (see, Jackie and I don't just have excellent musical taste and good looks in common :)

I apologise for leaving the chatroom unannounced last night. Every so often my computer just seems to freeze. Thanks Wilke. I saw the Undertones play Liverpool a couple of times. I walked up to Anfield. Wonder if the band want to play there to commemorate Liverpool's success.
