As an afterthought, for the Thistle fans. I had a drink with Alan Cowan. Not a 'Tones fan but he apologised for the appalling spelling and grammar of the dual personality players/managers that sometimes appear on this site. And the other thing he said was was 'anyone that doesn't have their name highlighted and talks about Partick Thistle is probably a bit of a tit' Fair comment I think. Shut the door behind you :)

I have a soft spot for Partick Thistle as about 5 years ago they used to sell my products in their club shop.One of them was a shirt commemorating the '72 LCF, which according to Kenny Dalglish they were lucky to win, eh, 4-1.

Amazon are offering 'Get What You Need' with a 4 August release date. Has a catalogue number although its not mentioned on the Sanctuary Records website. BTW Brighton looking increasingly tempting. 72 hour return with SeaFrance for €76! Anyone know the stage times? The last ferry is 0045, means leaving Brighton at around 2245 latest.

Oh to be in Waterford. Wonder how the gig's going. Wilke, how did Maureen get on with Westlife? Has she got her hearing back from all the deafening whistles? It's ridiculous that the noise levels at these pop concerts could even rival many punk gigs. Not good for the young kids. I was almost deaf for two days in one ear after Boyzone.
