Look out for the new book on Northern Ireland punk rock called 'it makes you want to spit' on sale from Sept and published by Reekus Records at www.reekus.com

Keep up the great work Cmos, dont let that no brainer with too much time on their hands grind you down. Just back from 1 week hols on the costa del Scotland - bald heid is peeling nicely but Im not complaining.

still too hot here to sit behind the computer, today we again had 37 degrees or so for the 8th day in row(must be 100 fahrenheit or so), I even see the number of e-mails is declining: too hot all over europe, it is only those spam-mails which keep on coming: if anyone is interested in sex in this weather?? Just to make a political statement: I think 95% of spam originates from the USA

still really considering going to Liverpool. will need a bit of domestic negotiation

Lindsay on 22:33 12th-Aug-03 GMT #9fe-23255
Julius, the powers that be have decided that you must come to Liverpool - doesn't Easyjet fly direct? Apparently Derek says we ought to book hotels soon as it gets really busy at w/es and we could end up on the streets! I'll get onto it.

Lindsay on 22:43 12th-Aug-03 GMT #9fe-23256
Jackie, how about this Travelodge. Not far from the shops :)) Aahh, St. John's Market - pound of mince for 30p and how fondly I remember those dodgy Essex-style white stilletos!

Lindsay on 22:43 12th-Aug-03 GMT [www.travelodge.co.uk/booking/hotel.php] #9fe-23257
Whoops, got so carried away I forgot the link!!

Lindsay on 22:50 12th-Aug-03 GMT [www.travelinn.co.uk/TI/index.jsp] #9fe-23258
...or the Travel Inn.

julius on 23:16 12th-Aug-03 GMT #d2f-23259
Hi Lindsay, easyjet flies for 38 euros but does not take bookings yet for that weekend. all very tempting but my wife has also planned something, well I will need quite some talk

julius on 23:19 12th-Aug-03 GMT #d2f-23260
and it is direct amsterdam-liverpool! wow, that hotellink you gave even mentions the cavern club on the map, that's what they call customerfriendly

I have just added some new gigs to the LIVE section of the official site.

AlexD on 00:07 13th-Aug-03 GMT #3fb-23262
Dublin and Derry sound good to me. Think I'll bodyswerve Limerick though, I didn't rate Dolans as a venue at all. Seems to be a lack of Scotia gigs.

AlexD on 00:13 13th-Aug-03 GMT #3fb-23263
Glasgow-Dublin £0.50 with Ryanair, not bad
