Tony @ on 18:53 24th-Sep-03 GMT #924-24108 Can anyone let me know what date or dates The Best Band in the World are playing in Dublin? Thanks in advance!!!!! julius on 12:16 24th-Sep-03 GMT #485-24125 well, the moondogs gig in liverpool seems to be cancelled, but there were some gigs in northern ireland to follow, when is it? julius on 12:17 24th-Sep-03 GMT #485-24126 it is very quiet lately around the planned undertones dutch tour; the website of the dutch promotor is off air too wilke on 12:43 24th-Sep-03 GMT #8a3-24127 hi .arthur saw martha rose in the irish news great picture she must get her look`s from her mother all the best buddy talk soon see ya julius on 14:25 24th-Sep-03 GMT #d45-24128 I have just sent the following e-mail to derry News: With disbelief i read that the famous wall at bull park has been razed to the ground. Many fans from the Undertones from all over the world(like myself) were planning to make trips to derry to be photographed there. Liverpool made the same mistakes wirth the beatles heritage and now deeply regret it and are rebuilding some of it. it is a shame that the people who decided on this did not think on the tourist potential of the wall, bringing in money to the city. Especially now the interest in the undertones will get bigger as they have a new album out in 2 weeks. Only a few nutcases like us are interested in such things.P.S.wheres my brick? ;-) Rick on 17:09 24th-Sep-03 GMT #2a9-24131 Official response from the person responsible for booking bands at the Cavern is as follows : 'Unfortunately The Moondogs are not playing on the 25th Oct, but we will be rescheduling to get them here in the near future'. Lindsay on 18:32 24th-Sep-03 GMT #b1b-24134 What was Martha Rose doing in the Irish News? Great email Julius - I love it! As a humble (sad but happy) tourist, I still remember my first view of The Wall from the city walls with all the coloured houses behind it and couldn't wait to get to it. Might seem daft being so excited about a wall but to me it was the most beautiful sight in Derry! Jackie on 19:31 24th-Sep-03 GMT #b05-24135 Lindsay am I still able to reside at your abode (!) next week for two nights.....I cant believe its so close....so far I've done nothing about anything except book my hair appointment and book my car in for a service. Decided I'd better get new brakes before I attempt to drive to Yorkshire during the rush hour in the dark- Judging by my brakes they will simply need to brush the old pads off! Is there a decent nail bar in Leeds????? After a day of stress at work and driving I will be ready for a lager or seven. Jackie on 21:57 24th-Sep-03 GMT #b05-24136 Lindsay, dont you mean the second most beautiful sight in Derry :-)) Vinny on 22:45 24th-Sep-03 GMT #49c-24137 Thanks Jackie, you're so kind.. Arthur on 00:15 25th-Sep-03 GMT #71d-24138 Martha Rose was posing with Sam Maguire - the name of the cup for which the All Ireland gaelic football championship is played. What is the matter with 'Shiny Happy People' - its a great 'UP' song and I love it. As for Mojo - it sounds like a case of the not the same without Feargal view which is something that was expected.
