Any chance of updating the '60 minutes' vote by archiving the old vote and allowing a clean slate to include the new album, it would be interesting to see the effect of the new tracks and possibly quantify where they stand in relation to the original line up.... this is NOT an attempt to start a Feargal vs Paul debate, I would personally be voting on the merits of the song alone given the chance..... how about it???? AlexD on 00:09 20th-Oct-03 GMT #5ff-24763 I think when Paul started he sounded Feargalesque, I know for a fact it wasn't a 'Conscious'(sorry) attempt to do so, but he did. And that it is no bad thing. 99% of the people here were into the band with Feargal singing and his contribution should be never be overlooked. However Pablo McLoone has filled his Parka and more,MY OPINION !!(as everyone is a bit touchy round here at the moment).Live gigs, first couple of tunes he's Kool 'n' the Gang, then he goes for it big time, and everyone goes with him. I'm glad he sounds nothing like Feargal on the album. How many friends do you have(silly question for some of you) that immediately think 'Feargal' when you mention The Undertones? Has anyone here missed him on this album, no, why? Paul isn't a replacement, he's the singer! AlexD on 00:13 20th-Oct-03 GMT #5ff-24764 That's £20 now McLoone :)
