Vinny: Way Ahead still has tickets for the Garage, (but no mention at all of Glasgow). And you get the chance to win a year's supply of cosmetics too.

Haven't recovered from Brighton yet; I think I got flu from someone there so I've been sick all week. :-( I also hurt my right ankle, tripping over the bse of the crash barrier at the front. And in an attempt to do something 'fancy' (can't remember which song) aggravated an old knee injury I got about six years ago playing football on a beach. (Most painful thing I've ever done in my life; fortunately it will be ok in a day or two according to the doctor in A&E!) It was all worth it of course casue the bad were great. Is it just me or was the crowd (or is it audience, do the Undertones have an audience or a crowd), very very slow to get going? Was nice to see people again.

I was going to write more but clearly in my feverous condition with my temperature of 50C (at least it feels like it) I am typing total jibberish and can't spell or anything. I probably imagined West Ham's 4-0 win yesterday too. I probably also imagined the fact that UK Gold is using Family Entertainment as backing music to advertise programmes at the moment. Does anyone know if Lemsip goes well with vodka?

Wayne on 09:52 30th-Nov-03 GMT #987-25323
Vinny- This morning Ticketmaster still showing tickets available. Sure you weren't checking out ''Pink's UK tour next March'' ??

donald on 10:15 30th-Nov-03 GMT #a4b-25324
You scared the life out me, I have just bought my tickets from Ticketmaster just now, thought I might have missed gig of 2004. Bringing the T shirt up to Glasgow village is a great idea Clifford - a spare pair of elasticated troosers would be good - Donald wheres youre elasticated troosers. Alex champagne in Glasgow, you are jesting or had you finished the Vodka and thought snakebite was champagne? Read a good one the other day:- 'You know youve been living in Glasgow too long when you wish your toilet at home was as posh as the ones in the bus station':) Only joking its a great city and will have the best gig of 2004 at it (unless they [play edinbroo on the Sat night).

cliff on 17:12 30th-Nov-03 GMT #2ca-25325
Of course I'll be there,I've also been looking forward to Scottish dates coz I know they'll be a cracking atmosphere, wouldn't miss Glasgeee.

Cliff on 17:16 30th-Nov-03 GMT #2ca-25326
Nothing goes well with vodka. Are UK Gold useing Family Entertainment? I'll put that on tonight.

stote007 on 18:34 30th-Nov-03 GMT #48f-25327
Guess who's already got tickets for England v France, then? Yours truly!!

Jon on 18:39 30th-Nov-03 GMT #ebb-25328
Yes heard FE while changing channels earlier - just the tune but ending with the comment 'great Family Entertainment' or something similar from the announcer ! Stote - so buying those random tickets was well worth it then...I'm jealous.

Cliff on 21:36 30th-Nov-03 GMT #5d7-25330
Any advice on decent accomodation close(ish)to the venue in Glasgow?

George on 23:12 30th-Nov-03 GMT #b60-25331
I would suggest Edinburgh cliff, or better still Carlisle, but since I hope to attend Glasgow next year I will let Alex come up with more realistic choices.

AlexD on 23:38 30th-Nov-03 GMT #950-25332
Same advice I gave to Wilke. Jury's Inn, Jamaica St. Brand new hotel £49 per night, 10 mins away from the gig. If you see anything else let me know and I will check it out before you book.
