Just drove back from sisters in Essex today. Roads were manic. Still to wrap up presents for my kids. Participated in a race at Witham yesterday. First Over 40. Collected my prize wearing the Red Undertones, Get What you Need t-shirt. Had planned to visit a coffee shop entrepreneur in Southend/Leigh on Sea today but decided to drive home a day early. Surprised John Peel festive 50 is played before xmas. So what 3 songs beat Thrill Me?

Just read an article where it said a publisher paid £1.6 million for the rights to John Peels autobiography.This is obviously a lot! It will be worth reading.The winners were 1. Cinerama - 'Don't Touch That Dial' 2. The Fall - 'Theme From Sparta FC' 3. Mogwai - 'Hunted By A Freak' None of them as good as Thrill Me. I'm surprised the Fall are still going strong. Did Brix Smith leave? She appears regularly in the Sunday supplements selling overpriced tat to the rich. Hypocrite!
