How come you can get flights to NY from UK via Amsterdam, but if I want to get on in Amsterdam it costs a bleeding fortune?

I checked my same flights flying direct from Schiphol and they are £60 more, without the Glasgow connection.

Received an Undertones tribute album yesterday I had bought on E-Bay. Very different but still quite good. I can almost make out the words on male model. Here comes the summer sung by a girl band with a wurlitzer type organ in the background. If I remember I will tape a few copies and take them to Glasgow. Have to leave Glasgow early on Saturday morning to do a relay race. Unfortunately Sunday gone I missed the start of a relay race so am not in the club's goodbooks.

Strange question. How old are year 5 kids (happily childless child hater speaks!) Got to go to a school next week and tell them how dangerous it is to go in substations and hook your fishing rod round electric wires and stuff! Read in press that cdwow.com and play.com are being targeted by music industry for buying their stock from outside the EC and selling inside EC contrary to regulations. Even Amazon are under investigation. If they hadn't paid Robbie Williams and Mariah Carey vast sums of money they could afford to reduce the prices themselves.

Amazon have told me I cant have my DVD til 'Approx' 5th February :( Serves me right for wanting free postage. I'm away in the chatroom now as my PC is being a moody woman. In my experience its men who are moody.

Have a good time those going to Glasgow. The line up at Birmingham is very strange; the Undertones really don't quite fit. Subhumans are playing too. (Very underated band.) Perhaps they'll all be wearing DMs, parkas a short jeans for the event, or bondage trousers? There's 11 bands listed, £25. Might be interesting to see how all the different bands' fans actually mix.
