Took the kids swimming at Hebburn pool yesterday Jackie cos' Temple Park pool was closed. I hadn't planned on going to Hebburn so I didn't have your Derry poster with me.

Not mant bands can get away with enouraging the audience to clap or sing along without it being cheesy. Worst has to be people holding lighters up - they should be shot immediately.

One of the funniest gig moments was the Stone Roses drummer repeatedly shouting between songs 'Stone Roses ...Massive' No idea why but it was very funny (but doesnt look to funny now Ive written it down!

I had to buy the Green Day Cd for my son today. (As an apology as I forgot to get it yesterday)Why did I venture into Newcastle by car? Some tosser had decided to close the Central motorway to all traffic (needless to say no work going on) and close some other major routes too. Place was like a bloody car park. It took me 75 minutes to get into town and only 15 to get home.All for a bloody Green Day CD !!!!!

Just back from Green Day- superb show. Andy and Cactus you wont be disappointed- had all those cheesy things and more Donald eg. 'Bur-ming-ham, your the best' but still an 'all thriller no filler' show- as the young swells say. Andy you will especially enjoy the song the band come on stage too and maybe also the one before it - YMCA! ;)
