In an attempt to widen my musical taste I went to a concert to see two bands I've never heard of. The first 'We start fires' look better than they are. 3 girls and a male drummer (like the Corrs). Songs were OK, but the set only lasted about 25 minutes. The other band 'Forward Russia' have 3 males plus a female drummer. Most of their songs sounded the same. A cross between Franz Ferinand/The Associates and the Darkness. Have you ever been to the Cluny, Jackie? A bit too small for an Undertones concert. Probably holds about 200 hundred, but the stage is quite small.
