So what's an 'Outsider' then? Strange Scotchland name for something that's called something completely reasonable down here???

Cliff on 12:56 21st-Jan-06 GMT #627-36838
Alex is my hero, if he's there at 10.30 next Thursday, so am I.Played 'get what you need' yesterday 'enough' and 'cruellest thing' are 2 unsung heroes on there.A bit like 'see that girl' and 'hypnotised' are undsung heroes on 'hypnotised' ;-)

AlexD on 13:24 21st-Jan-06 GMT #1a4-36839
An outsider is the the big bit of bread at the end of a loaf obviously.

JoP on 13:40 21st-Jan-06 GMT #b71-36840
So it's a crust then.

dpnald on 18:05 21st-Jan-06 GMT #8dc-36841
No JoP, a crust is the edge and is present on all slices of bread. the outsides are the 2 'outside/end slices on a loaf - whole of one outer edge has been toasted. I thought you northerns were experts on bread? We do talk a lot of crap on here but do welcome outsiders. Suspect Shiek os not an outsider and is known to us all but far too shy and retiring to say anything!

AlexD on 14:42 21st-Jan-06 GMT #1a4-36842
No, that would be a crust. The big thick slice.

wilke on 15:35 21st-Jan-06 GMT #30e-36843

JoP on 15:55 21st-Jan-06 GMT #b71-36844
The big thick slice on the end IS the crust, you heathen. Fuck's sake Wilke, turn it down!! I can hear it from here. Ah yes - the Mobiles. Woman with a cat suit and strange perm if memory serves me.

Hello Vinny, Did you get a chance to copy the film for me ? Sorry but I cant find your email address.

hawk on 17:10 21st-Jan-06 GMT #d01-36846
Wilke - Tried Emailing you a few days ago - bounced back again - undelivered??? Speak Thursday.

hawk on 17:19 21st-Jan-06 GMT #d01-36847
Alex - Speak Thursday - What was that outsider business all about??

JoP on 17:25 21st-Jan-06 GMT #b71-36848
'Outsider'? Conversation about regional names for the end bit of the loaf.

JoP on 17:25 21st-Jan-06 GMT #b71-36849
Which EVERYONE knows is called the crust.....

hawk on 19:04 21st-Jan-06 GMT #d01-36850
JoP - My brain hurts!! I'm fading fast!

Cliff on 00:05 22nd-Jan-06 GMT #ea9-36851
BTW Wilke, sometimes, like tonight, I fucking hate football. Its just not worth to many ruined weekends.Sunderland for fucks sake, you useless wankers Albion.

George on 00:44 22nd-Jan-06 GMT #7fd-36852
Cheeky bugger. You got a point from SOL that you didn't deserve with a last minute equaliser. Been to see a band called The Research tonight. Very different from the Undertones. Just a drummer, a bassist and a keyboard player. Went to see 'We start fires' last night. 2 bands in 2 days (5 including support bands).
