Haven't played DYD, GWYN or any Undertones CDs for a few weeks. I usually play CDs at work as background music to try and make the day go faster. Currently listen to the Clash, but do play quite a few dance orientated CDs. Most of my CDs are at work, and every so often I try and play everyone. Has anyone else recently received e-mails from the Knitting Factory, New York advertising concerts? Unfortunately no Undertones, not that I could afford to go anyway. It seems strange 3 years after they last played the Knitting Factory, during which time I haven't received an e-mail that I suddenly receive one.

Wilke, Enjoy your trip to Las Vegas. I'm jealous. This weekend I am off to France for a week to take part in an indoor athletics tournament for old people. Probably won't bother taking any music with me as I expect to be either competing, spectating or site seeing. Hopefully I will be able to find an internet cafe to keep up to date with events.

Madjack - yes we will get stuffed, but just one correction to your statement. You said 'Thousands'. err... Isn't that exaggerating just a little.... Anyway thats the lot from me, as its a Music site (yes, I know I started it, and I should not have!!!)

wilke I am so jealous of you going to Las vegas, you will love it . Try to do the helicopter trip down the strip, it is woth the £40 for 20 minutes of cheap fizz and great music. If Mo is going there are some excellent shops- can recommend the small but nice arcade in the Aladdin and the huge mall opposite the Wynn, and Caesars palace shops. The casino in the Venetian is good for a mid afternoon gamble on the slots- they have lots of 10 cent slots unlike other casinos where the cheaper slots are hard to find. Apparantly there are 1/2 cent slots but I never found them! The margaritas in Venetian are loverly!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure you will have sorted this but if not this is the company I would recommend for all your helicopter needs- they have an outlet on the strip next to MGM
