This is going to be just a brief letter to let you know about the new single.'

Title: "thE LOVE PARADE" written by Dee and Mickey .

B-side: "LIKE thAT" written by Dee and Mickey

Release date: 18th October - 1982.

In addition to the 7" single there will be a 12" (the first ever). The 12" features a longer version of "thE LOVE PARADE" and three extra tracks on the B-side "from the 1982 world tour". These are "YOU'RE WELCOME" - "CRISIS OF MINE" and "FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT".

The group are currently putting the finishing touches to the L.P. No title has been decided upon as yet. The release date is likely to be the beginning of January - 1983. The Undertones have recorded so many new songs that it is quite probable they won't all be on the L.P.

There is a possibility of live dates before Christmas. Details will o.f course be sent to you.

The next proper newsletter is in preparation at the moment. It will include the next in the series of true stories from the literary genius - Damian O'Neill - and the up-dated penpal list.
